Summer dreams, ripped at the seams

Oh that boy, that stupid, amazing, southern boy...

Here's the bad thing about relationtips. After tip for the rest of the summer, you're in a summer fling dream state, with the inkling still in your head that there's a chance that long distance could work. That, unlike your friends, yours and his circumstances make the idea just plausible enough to be successful. 

But then summer ends and the conversations change. No longer do they last for hours discussing random things. In fact, there's such a drastic change in availability that you are pulled you from your dream state and you realize that tip is really over, that summer has now ended and it's time to face reality. 

And you're not sure that your or his real life can have him or you in it.
