“Someone’s back to see you.” 

Namjoon doesn’t look up, so you nudge him. He glances at the customer, then ducks his head. 

“They just like our caramel mocha. It is yummy.” 

You roll your eyes. Your best friend may be smart, but he can be rather obtuse sometimes. Sure, it’s delicious, but who visits a coffeehouse four times in three days? 

When the customer asks about the special, you push Namjoon towards the counter. “Time to get back out there, tiger,” you whisper, backing away before he can reply. 

As soon as the customer smiles, you know Namjoon’s a goner.

Hi Mittens!! Please buckle in for this one because I expect it to be a huge tearjerker T_T

Basically I had this idea in my head before but then I watched a movie which really cemented in my head. The movie is called Don't Make Me Go btw, and it was a very heartchurning watch!

The basic premise is that OC and Hoseok are former lovers who separated a while back. One day, out of the blue, Hoseok is contacted by OC, and finds out that they had a child together. They slowly ease back into a friendship (and maybe something more?), but the whole time Hoseok is wracking his brain, wondering why she even reached out after so many years apart.

The catch is that OC is sick and doesn't know if she'll make it, and she wanted to reunite her child with their other parent so they wouldn't be alone if something happens to her. And all the while, she tries to be the strong, stoic one that tells herself she can't fall for Hoseok and break his heart - again.

12. favorite character to write about this year

oof, this one’s hard. i really loved writing life mushroom jin, but i’ve got a wip that involves an espresso machine technician yoongi that i’m kind of super in love with … and then there’s sacrificial’s namjoon as well. i’ve found that writing characters often involves being bias-wrecked to hell and back in the process of writing them so whichever one i’m writing at the moment is my favorite character to write 😭😭😭

25. a fic you read that you would recommend everyone read

the most conspicuous absence for me in the aforementioned list is definitely void by @btssavedmylifeblr. bee is the fucking coolest and this story is actual hard sci-fi and i simp for it like there’s no tomorrow. her character building and consistency in style are drool-worthy. honorable mention also to bee’s euphoria for making me cry like a big baby.

For the WIP game I need to know about “Be Nice to Namjoon” 🤣

LMAOOO I had a feeling you would ask me about this!!

So this is actually not technically a WIP, but basically a collection of fic ideas for Namjoon where the only caveat is, I have to be nice to him.

This was created after I finished Make it Right - and while I won't spoil it, I will admit that I wasn't very nice to Joon in that fic 🤣. I was mad at male Virgos when I first started it and ended up taking it out on him. On top of that (and I am ashamed to admit this) - it's the only fic I have for him so far, with the exception of the OT7 zombie!AU I'm working on.

Basically, I need to make it up to him, and I want to write him something nice. So I'm hoarding ideas until I can figure out how I shall honor my President. If you have any good ones, send 'em my way!

Okay I love every single comment and review I get like truly but when I read @xjoonchildx review for Criminal Influence it really stood out to me because it was chaotic and hilarious and sweet and I loved how Ana kept adding in little references here and there that was a special one for sure and it made me really happy when I read it ❤️
