Finished my double-sided HuaLian keychain design, just a few days too late for Hua Cheng's birthday. Already did the BingQiu one, so all I have left for the MXTX trio is WangXian. Then I'll get some proofs and see how they look IRL :)

I am working on a HuaLian animatic and wanted to share some of my favorite frames I've done the line art for so far. Going to do line art for all of them and then color it after. It's gonna take me like a year lol.

Line art for a faux book cover for the danmei web novel "Strong Winds Return Home". I ADORE this novel and I hope more people will read it! The translation is free online and it hasn't been licensed (yet!!) so now is a great time to try it! It's supper sweet and fluffy. Here's my synopsis:
Prince Liang Shu is engaged to be married to the youngest daughter of the head of a family of genius miracle doctors. But the prince has a bad reputation for being ruthless, and the young lady wants nothing to do with him. Crying, she runs away to a tea house and seeks advice from her brother, second young master Liu Xian'an, who consoles her. Little do the siblings know that the prince overhears their conversation. Irritated by the second young master's attitude, he demands that Liu Xian'an join him on a journey to investigate a matter that needs the prince's attention. Liu Xian'an is well know for being useless and lazy, the least capable of all the Liu family, and the prince is hoping to tease this pampered young man as pay back for his attitude with his sister. But Liang Shu is in for a surprise-- not only is Liu Xian'an unfazed by the trip, but he's actually much more capable than anyone realizes. In fact, he's far from useless-- but he's definitely extremely lazy!
Please consider this my official plea with all y'all danmei fans to read Strong Winds Return Home so that I can have more people in this fandom with me. It's such a sweet story. I made this faux book cover because I'm trying to manifest Seven Seas picking up the license so we can get some official physical copies in English TT__TT
