Last week I talked about the seller consultation, how it works and why it’s important (if you missed it, look back in my post to find week 1)! As part of your seller consultation, I help you create your pre-listing action plan. That means, we’ll walk through your house, I’ll ask you questions about it and from there, we’ll put a plan together of what you need to do to get your house looking it’s best! I’ll give you ideas such as putting a fresh coat of paint on your front door to spruce it up, adding white linens to your bedrooms and bathrooms, replacing those floral curtains with something neutral, moving the giant recliner out of the living room to open it up, etc. You can take that list and make yourself a *TO BUY* list to take to Target or Homegoods and stock up on the things you need!
