The kicker?
Yesterday I put on sunscreen. ALL THE SUNSCREEN.
Today, after unfuzzing my legs, the skin was too sensitive so I didn’t put any sunscreen on except for on my face. The good news is that my face, neck, and ears are not burnt. The bad news is that I have a definitive shorts line on my legs, and I can tell which side of me faced the sun the longest because it’s the pinkest. I haven’t had a burn like this since my first trip to the Everglades eight years ago, but it was the left side of my body that was burnt and not the right.
