Doc, there just isn't enough Nupoz in Golem City anymore. Their limbs are falling off and they're having seizures. What do I do? I'm not the doctor here, I just kick down doors and shoot people.

1. Get it through illegal means, specifically the black market
2. If possible, find someone who can make it
3. Get an alternative if there is one
4. Get it from another city if they have any
