Bahaha. Maybe she doesn’t know what vegetarian actually means. If I go out, I get veggie burger almost all the time. It’s the only way to knowww.

dude they literally didn't even have veggie burgers. normally they at least have those but this place was a stupid wings restaurant or something so EVERYTHING had chicken. i just got a side salad and fries. not very healthy but whatever :/

I don’t think that’d help, either way… If you’re trying to reduce in size, you want to replace fat for muscle, so you might not lose at all

I know. that's why i'm trying to move the focus away from my weight. Also as I currently need to lose just under 100lbs to be in a healthy weight bracket I will be noticing a difference in size! I just have no idea what the measurements will be for my goal weight! :)
