*tiny slorps*
I get so incredibly angry sometimes but I am so thankful that my heart isn’t full of hate. I think it’s the only thing that has kept me going for this long
caught the neighborhood cat playing with a baby bunny???? we thought he was trying to eat the lil guy but they were just running around together!! I wish I had caught that on camera but omg look how tiny
on the topic of the gallery and everything, today was the first time I’ve ever had my art printed or prepared for really any kind of display and it’s been very ?interesting? emotionally. all the artists (my friend who is putting on the entire event, our two friends, and myself) were together when the guy put my prints down in front of us and everyone gasped so loud????? they started touching the prints and saying, “Heather oh my god” and for the first time in my life I actually felt like I kind of deserved the praise I was receiving for my creations. I almost cried my ass off right there in Office Max LOL
I HAVE to show more gratitude. it’s the only way
If I could, I would sit by the creek and watch the bats fly around the sunset forever
Reaper is free (well, it has a "demo" license but it just never ends) and it's usually the most popular recommendation, especially for people just starting out.
There's also Ableton Live, Cubase, ProTools, and toooons of others. They (mostly) all have similar feature sets, it really just depends on which workflow makes the most sense to you. Reaper is def a good place to start though and I'd typically recommend either it or Ableton to newer peeps.
Either way, once you find one that makes sense, stick with it. The longer you use it, the easier it'll be to figure out how to make it do what you want it to do. And most importantly: have fun!!!
Thank you so much😭 there’s too many options lmao this is insanely helpful
