what are you doing New Year’s Eve? 🌸 in the last 6 years• I’ve tried all the welllllnessy things— sweat lodges—flower essences—feng shui—psychics—astrologers—reiki—salt rooms—sensory deprivation tanks—kundalini—all the adaptogens & herbs—it’ been expensive, but fun & even useful... after all though, what I keep returning to is free, solo, can be done any time or day, and for any amount of time. it’s a little thing I did not make up called journaling.
