Never Cut Etheric Cords, Remove Them Instead
By Jade Bonica
Through the years I’ve had energy healers, brujas, shaman and mystics tell me that I need to cut cords in order to sever harmful relationships or feelings, but the thought of cutting cords never truly resonated with me. Perhaps it’s because of my background in psychology, and the years I’ve spent in therapy getting to the root cause of my own issues, but I feel that the same holds true with etheric cords. How can we ever expect to break free from the cords that bind us if we don’t get to the root of the etheric cord and psychically remove it?
Cutting cords is quick and easy, you symbolically go around your body with your hand acting like the blade of a knife, I’ve seen people use karate chops as well, and cut at the cords around your or their body. To me, this method always felt ineffective, because I could feel the cords grow back. Cutting cords is akin putting an energetic band-aid over whatever issue you’re experiencing. It wasn’t until I started psychically removing the cords like plucked weeds that I felt relief from the painful or irritating cords in my life.
As a Reiki practitioner, I deal with cord attachment every day because as I’m working on a patient and removing their pain, I’m taking on their karma and thereby their cords, it comes with the job, if you’re a Reiki practitioner, you know what I’m talking about. You can’t heal without getting your energetic hands dirty. Thankfully, I’ve learned how to ground myself and remove the cords with ease, helping my patient feel relief and giving myself relief as well.
To psychically remove cords from oneself or others is very simple, and it’s okay if you can’t “see” the cords, not everyone is able to see them, I can’t, but most people can feel the cords, and anyone can be trained to feel them. The best way to know where a cord is, is to ask yourself, “Where do I feel discomfort?” There is usually a cord in the place where you feel that discomfort. A perfect example is after a breakup, the cords are usually in our head (crown chakra from all of the thinking), heart (hence heart ache), sacral (sexual chakra for men) and root chakras (sexual chakra for women). If you’ve experienced sexual trauma chances are the cords are in your head/crown (because it still haunts you), heart (again, heart ache over the situation), throat (for not speaking up), solar plexus (for loss of power), sacral and root (sexual organs for males and females respectively).
If you’re not sure of where you feel discomfort, go through each of the main, seven chakras and start pulling the cords from them (crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root) As you do this, say, I remove all cords that no longer serve me, I remove all cords from this life and all previous lives and I strengthen the cords that do (serve me). Then, psychically put a healing salve over them, lastly, heal the holes where you’ve removed the cords with Reiki.
If you are a level one Reiki practitioner, CKR will work just fine. If you have level two training, SHK and HSZSN works even better, and if you are a master practitioner, use SHK, HSZSN followed by DKM. If you don’t have Reiki training, that’s okay too, simply go over each chakra and say three times, I seal this healing with love, light, and compassion, end the saying with, so mote it be. If you don’t trust yourself to remove and heal the cords, I’ve found a wonderful video from Steve Nobel called Ultra-Violet Angelic Fire Transmission: Dissolving Cords and Lower Energy Interference, his video really is an all in one, his voice is also extremely soothing.
It’s also important to drink plenty of water, and to increase your energetic vibration after such a cord removal process, this will speed up the healing process and strengthen the positive cords that remain; a mix of 963 Hz, 528 Hz & 432 Hz is best, and YouTube has plenty to choose from, one of my favorites is by Magnetic Minds called Higher Vibration – Raise Your Frequency – 936 Hz, 528 Hz, 432 Hz – Solfeggio Meditation Music, the video runs about an hour and thirty minutes and does a great job of keeping those feel good vibes strong.
Lastly, be kind to yourself, talking about whatever issue is most pressing either with a friend or a trained therapist helps at getting to the root of whatever issue you need to address. With that, I hope I’ve helped to educate you, uplift you and make your journey toward a better life and a better you a little smoother.
