Lily knocked on the door of the dorm. "Remus? You in there?"
She heard him groan from the other side of the door. "Yeah."
Lily entered, and saw Remus burrowed into the blankets in his bed. She shut the door behind herself and walked over to him.
Remus lifted his head to glare at her briefly before shoving his face back into the pillow.
"Right. Dumb question. Sorry."
"Mind if I join you in there? Looks comfy." When he didn't answer, Lily started gently lifting the blanket. He didn't try to stop her, so she got under the blanket and snuggled up next to him. He wrapped an arm around her.
"Y'know, I uh- I actually came here because I'm craving chocolate, and James said you probably have some. But it looks like you need it more than me, huh?"
"Table on your side, middle drawer. Get us both some."
"Thank you." Lily reached over to the drawer to grab the chocolate, and handed Remus some.
"So... Your time of the month, then?" Remus asked between bites.
"Which one?" Lily asked. "Sorry, I've been meaning to keep more track of the moon at the very least."
"Yeah... But chocolate and cuddles help. So thanks."
Lily hummed her agreement as Remus pulled her closer against his chest. Eventually they both drifted off into a well-earned nap.
