Cordelia hesitated for a brief moment before she knocked on Remus’s door, having texted Lily to make sure he was home before she stopped over. He’d left the flat hours earlier, furious, and she’d immediately felt incredibly guilty for her part in the situation. “Hey,” she said when the door opened. “Can we please talk?” She asked before he could say anything.
