In building a start up one of the most essential key I have learn is to communicate with your future customers. In communication we can gain suggestions, advices and many more factual experiences. In this week, targeting our customers with what they really want and what their considerations is our goal. Why do they matter?
Because their points could help us along the process. Process in creating what's best for them. In communicating we can't deny that there are also negative feedbacks in the process but we can handle them smoothly by embracing their opinions assertively. Thus, we can create a more genuine and harmonious relationship towards each other that could result to more ahead possibilities.
I presume customer's feedback will help us gain something, something we can use for in creating the best through the process.
