why do I never see anyone talking about herm being autistic?

I mean come onnn the horrible reading of social cues, the special interest on becoming a hero and surrounding himself with heroes, the crippling social anxiety

So, my mom and I are watching GoT together lately. She has never watched it because she said she thought it was boring?

I've gotten her to season 3 now. We are at Thramsay sections. We just watched Ramsay skin Theon's finger.

Thing is, I didn't realize the whole time we were watching, I was grinning, as a Thramsay fan. My own mom, lady who had to birth me, looked at me in horror and said "get that smirk off your face" during the Thramsay scenes

ok self indulgent headcanon but i speculate on what kind of white herm is because he doesn't have a canon surname but his first name is actually my maternal surname, my mom and i joked and called him Herman the german (yes my mom knows about waterboy. Be nice)

It kinda makes sense because a most of us are just naturally... weird like him. Autism is kind of innate in us

It also makes me headcanon since we don't know pretty much anything about his grandma that maybe she was a stereotypical doting-yet-mean immigrant Oma when she was a little bit younger but mellowed out as she got this old

Idk. I want to enjoy the smell of the Räuchermann with him this Christmas. German Herman my beloved

I want to hear your guys' opinions on what winter is like for waterboy. Does he just freeze all the time? Is the water he produces somehow different from normal water and doesn't freeze on his body? How is he not shivering all the time in an air-conditioned building??

We need an arc where he learns to control those powers or something in season 2, I'm so worried about my boy 😭😭💔

re: waterboy being autistic, another part of him that’s so autistic is the fact that he’s infantilised by the fandom because some ppl have no concept of autistic people being adults

I've had people say shit like "nooo he's not sexual at all he's just a little silly guy 🥹" when they hear of my writing

I beg your finest pardon, that is a grown ass man with a dick and balls

It really reminds me of when I was diagnosed in adulthood and was full-on asked if that makes it assault to be any kind of sexual with me 😭 No dude, we are grown people!!! Just because we struggle with some things like socialization and emotional regulation doesn't mean we aren't grown ass people!!

Aagh I'm ranting at this point but I completely agree I can't stand the way people act like you're committing some crime against humanity if you sexualize Waterboy too hard 😭😭
