The Buontalenti Grotto by Bernardo Buontalenti and the Grotta di Madama by Davide Fortini at the Giardino di Boboli, Palazzo Pitti, Florence. As if the Boboli gardens were not magical enough without these beautiful grottos which embellish the idyllic and mythical Italian garden of the Pitti Palace. Never have I ever seen such magnificent gardens, with its glorious Fountain of Neptune, the folly that is the Fontana del Bacchino, and The Isolotto. For just $60.00 Greek Fountain in Duncan Garden, Limited Edition Giclee', Fine Art, Home Decor The beautiful Greek Fountain in lovely Duncan Garden, Manito Park is the star of the original acrylic painting. Manito Park is located in Spokane, Washington, and is host to several different style gardens. Duncan Garden was designed in European Renaissance style and was named after John Duncan, who was superintendent of Manito Park from 1910 to 1942. I love to visit Duncan Garden in the summer when all of the beautiful annuals are in full bloom, adding a riot of color. Most people focus their attention on the garden while looking southward but I chose a northward look at the garden so I could spotlight the Greek Fountain. This limited edition giclee' is a reproduction of my original painting. The image size is 11 1/2" x 15 1/2" and there is a 1" white border around the image to allow for matting. The giclee' is signed and numbered by me and includes a certificate of authenticity. If you would like a different size print please contact me so we can discuss it. Due to variances in color settings on monitors there may be a slight difference. Every care has been taken to ensure correct color.
