Today's run was straight from hell, it was one of those days that I almost told myself "your husband and kids love you no matter what size or shape you are" but then I reminded myself real quick.....I don't do it for anybody but myself! My whole body is sore and tired as f****, its kinda in shock since I hadn't workout since March but its getting back to its normal self. I didn't gain weight but I did loose some of my muscle mass and boy is my body feeling it. Life is to short to live unhealthy and unhappy, just do it. When I was a little girl I once heard "When people stop talking bad about you is when you should start to worry! It means that you are no longer doing the right thing!" I strongly believe in that saying, I've dealt with it over and over as a child and an adult. Anybody who knows me knows what two of my favorite saying's are and they go hand in hand "Keep talking sh*t about me b!tch, you are only making me more famouse! I know I'm that good, that I must always be in your mouth and mind since my name is always coming out of your mouth!" Those two sayings will always be my sayings and I will keep reminding my husband to keep those two sayings in the back of his mind! With that being said, if the shoe fits put it on!
