wide  eyes  trail  over  the  other,  blinking  as  he  registers  the  crimson  staining  her  hands,  her  clothes,  even  her  face  and  hair.  “  lia  …  ?  ”  his  approach  is  cautious,  hands  outstretched  in  an  attempt  to  show  he  was  no  threat  to  her  wellbeing.  “  hey  …  it’s  just  me,  luca.  ”  words  gentle  as  he  reaches  her  side,  brow  furrowing  in  concern  as  he  looks  her  over.  “  are  you  injured  ?  ”  the  answer  should  be  obvious,  given  the  amount  of  blood  covering  her  body,  but  he  was  not  naïve  enough  to  ignore  the  fact  that  this  could  easily  be  another  person’s  blood.  gaze  searches  her  face  for  some  recognition  of  his  words,  concern  only  growing  at  the  disconnected  look  he  finds  there.  “  we  should  get  you  to  the  med  bay.  ”  he  mutters,  fingers  slowly  shifting  to  touch  against  her  arm,  waiting  for  a  moment  or  two  to  gauge  her  reaction  before  attempt  to  shift  her  in  the  direction  of  the  people  who  could  properly  help.

her skill was improving to say the least, but her use of the force was still too unrefined. she was a blunt instrument, only relying on her anger to fuel her strength. but if she was to become the sharp blade needed to reclaim her kingdom, she’d need to know how to use all of her emotions. the edge of his training saber was pointed to her chin, the wooden tip, a hair’s breadth from her neck. he needed her full and undivided attention focused on him and him alone.

SO  IT’S  ZARA’S  BIRTHDAY!!!!!!  i  guess  that  means  i  have  to  be  nice  huh  ?  i  honestly  don’t  know  what  i  would  do  without  zara  in  my  life.  she’s  become  one  of  my  best  friends,  someone  i  can  rely  on  for  anything  and  everything  and  someone  i  know  will  get  just  as  excited  about  plots  and  threads  and  dynamics  as  i  am.  she’s  the  life  blood  of  my  roleplay  life,  and  i  genuinely  don’t  think  i  would  still  be  on  tumblr  if  it  weren’t  for  her.

not  to  mention  her  incredible  writing  (  that  often  makes  me  cry,  but  shhh ),  along  with  the  deep  understanding  she  has  of  some  of  the  most  complex  characters  out  there.  she’s  a  light  in  the  rpc  and  someone  who  makes  everyone  feel  so  welcome  and  loved  just  with  her  presence.  i  might  give  her  a  hard  time  ( lovingly )  most  of  the  time,  but  that  doesn’t  mean  i  luv  her  any  less.

truly  would  be  lost  here  without  you,  zara.  sending  you  all  the  love  on  your  birthday  and  i  hope  you  get  thoroughly  spoilt,  because  you  deserve  it  !!
