delete everything in your data folder and verify the game in steam to redownload the shit you need! you lose all your mods ofc but that fixed the game for me
ah the thing here is that my copy of skyrim is not legal ahahaaa
therefore i think i need to uninstall it and download all files and updates and everything again /sigh
