For the last couple of months I've been telling the public that they should come see the talented and well rated REO Brothers The Roxy Saskatoon and how talented they are. WELL I WAS WRONG!
Last night the I finally seen these fine gentlemen perform and they were an absolute must to see band that simply blew me away! I simply am still asking myself, did this band just do what they did and are in fact the best tribute band I have ever seen ( @Tretwitty and @Taylalynn are not a tribute but a salute to their Grand parents and are untoppable) in the fact that they cover many of groups from the Beatles to Beegees to the my fav, Beachboys
Even though the REO Brothers did not sing one original song, they were the best tribute band that I've seen in my life. Furthermore, if there was a word in Mr. Webster's book, there would not be a word that could express how talented these gentlemen are.
When they started their tribute to The Beach Boys, I'd swear it was Brian Wilson and Mike Love ( that I personally worked with them many of times) and The Beach Boys singing as the vocals, harmonies was BANG ON!
The Reo Brothers was as high energized with unbelievable musicianship and spot on harmonies as some of our Canadian greats such as Josh Ramsay and Marianas Trench! Their set was similar to Big Sugar or The Trews lasting well over three hours! If somebody asked me what I thought of the REO Brothers now, I would say it's a must go see band because these guys are through the roof talented and the 2nd time in my life, I give The REO BROTHERS 6 out of five stars!
I just want to thank @yye entertaiment and the @REOBROTHERS for an awesome show! Jovee Basilio from YY Entertainment Production I love you even more for this memory that will last my life time. When are the boys coming back! AMAZING BAND
