Hey Baby I Think I Wanna Marry You |reo--roadhouse|
They were hunters. The less extravagant the better. Considering they spent a lot of their time and upbringings in shabby places such as motels that didn’t even qualify for having two stars, they really couldn’t complain when it came to having a wedding. ”I love you.
Dean had no knowledge of how his parents' wedding had been, not remembering any photos shown from before the fire, and all of them having gone up in flames. He wished he knew what his mother's dress had looked like, specifically the flowers. Dean was just curious if Jo would have the same taste as Mary had. "Just know, I do plan on making it special on a materialistic level," Dean insisted, "even if it's just the flowers or something like that."
Dean wrapped his arms around Jo's waist, holding her close when she threw her arms around him. He debated saying she missed his lips when kissing his cheek, but decided against it for he had started actually enjoying tender, simple gestures like that.
Dean raised one hand to start stroking her hair when he heard the sniffling, kissing the top of her head. He hummed "Hey Jude" without even realizing it, and a smile that reached his eyes crept across his face.
"Good, since the unrequited thing sucks and I love you too," he said, his tone initially playful in hopes to lighten the mood.
