Todays inspiration originated by a post but is true to my heart as well... My body is my vehicle that allows me to navigate life. Just like my cah (Boston-speak) or computer if warning lights are going off or its slowing down, those are signals to me communicating something is outta wack. Especially after a #fullmoon sometimes there is a recovery period (definitely after a #migraine-feels like recovering from day surgery) it feels like every thing I do feels like a fish swimming upstream that's a sign from my body I need to give in and rest. Because you know there are other days when you can get more stuff done than anyone else you know.
