The person who owns the "Repimg" tumblr replied to advise me that no offense was taken and referred me to their FAQ, which stated:

I'm very sorry if I've offended anyone by taking repimg's single gifs and putting them in one post. I've seen it done by other people, and I only did it because I thought people would like to see these great gifs in one spot. I never meant any disrespect and always provided a link to repimg's tumblr in the posts. I have sent a message to repimg about this and will delete the posts and not do this again if I'm told it's a problem. Again, I am sorry to those I've offended. It was not my intention.
