Because the confession wasn't even shading or throwing salt at Jessica at all, it's just saying that most of the interviews in which she supposedly was asked about SNSD were fake (as in, those interviews never actually existed) and that of the FEW ones that did happen, she always answered with class, that's what "answering with tact and diplomacy" means.
