No more luxury apartments, affordable apartments only.

For real who the heck is buying all these? Why are we allowing this in our country? There are so many people who are homeless and these apartments are just sitting there.

There are so many people who just can't afford these and it's trash, no more new apartments allowed until the others are at least 90% full. And if they can't stay at least 50% full, they have to lower prices or else that's it no more landlording. Fuck landlords though also, there has got to be a better system than this!

Oh and the architecture sucks on all these buildings they all look the same and it is making me hate cites.
