‘Hey, are you still awake? I need help in the parking lot - BIG SOS.’
That was the text Balo sent Lia around midnight as the girl struggled to move the 40lb bags of cat food she had snuck out to buy for the feline friends she often fed on campus. At this rate, it was starting to feel like more stray cats were coming to eat then when she started, which made sneaking in enough food and keeping people’s attention away from the cats she was already so fond of harder by the week. She was hoping this time that buying a couple massive bags would mean she would be saving a bit of money in the long run, but at this point, she might actually need to see about starting a school club to feed these cats.
Well maybe it was more of a secret society idea, but she was doing her best.
She settles herself on the ground next to the car, petting one of the stray cats settled on her lap as she hopes Lia indeed was awake. The blonde was one of her best friends, Balo trusted her a lot - she was definitely the first choice for help at the moment. Otherwise, she could always try Logan or maybe even Maxi.
