I don’t understand the problem? The post goes on the say the brown is caused by the lighting and they both have black hair.

Within the canon of Owari No Seraph, the status of vampires having sex is a bit confused. In the light novels its revealed one of the vampires was raping Mika and sexual abuse of other humans by vampires is mentioned elsewhere. I think rather than having no sex drive, it's more like vampires just have less interest in sex than in blood but sex is still a thing they can be into.

And either way, Mika is a weird vampire and it's canon that his love, whether platonic or romantic, for Yuu, keeps him more human than he should be, and allows him to retain the ability to cry. So if people want to headcanon that he wants to bone Yuu, there's no actual canon proof against it.

I’d say that’s a huge issue tbh. I like pidge a lot for who she is and just because she’s not your “typical” girl doesn’t mean she shouldn’t be respected and treated as one. I haven’t seen a lot of Pidge issues on my dash because I don’t follow a lot of Voltron blogs, but I’m sure that would make me angry just the same.

A lot of people headcanon her as a transboy or something else like agender or genderqueer, and they only refer to her with gender neutral pronouns. I know headcanons are harmless but its like, she told people to call her a girl right in the show ya know?

And then there's the issue with her voice actress being a butch lesbian and Pidge's appearence being somewhat modelled on her, she's also displayed discomfort with fans trying to take away Pidge's canon gender. Trans representation is important, i understand, but when theyre trying to create it using a character whose storyline revolves around feminism and her identity as a woman its just... I feel like she's not the right person to do this with.

And I can't stop thinking about the flashback where Pidge cuts her hair off, she was clearly upset and depressed about it and waited until the last moment to do it because she didn't want to have short hair.

i feel you, honestly. ;_; i've been working on my own XV fics for some while now, and they've barely gotten any traction. at this point, if it's stressing you out, i wouldn't blame you for knocking it out lmao it really does suck letting your heart bleed all over the page and get nothing in return it feels like

This is why i dont like writing big multi chap fics. If i write a oneshot that falls flat then at least its over with and i can try to move on and forget about it. But if its multi chap then i put weeks and weeks into each individual chapter and spend all this energy writing the lore and double checking previous chapters for continuity errors when i write, at the same time i’m acutely aware of just how few comments and views i’m getting and that even if the next chapter is a masterpice no one is going to notice when its published.
