i get so upset thinking about the costume designer-- like apparently the design of this dress which could have been a career centerpiece for her was taken out of her hands and given to emma instead??? for reasons i’m not clear on?? like that’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to design a REAL LIFE version of one of the most iconic gowns in animation and it was just
snatched from under her nose
and looking at literally EVERY OTHER costume in the film i can only imagine how incredible that dress could have been in an actual costumer’s hands and it just freakin’ upsets me
