Everything was back to normal, if you could even call it that. Atlas forced everything he felt and done from the past week down deep and focused on what he had in front of him. People he loved, he cared about, all returns to him as if nothing had happened. He held them all tighter, savored their company, their attention. He never again wanted to think of a world where they were taken from him like that. At first he'd clung to the vampires, to the ones who had been in his life for decades now, the ones who had built him up to be the being he was today. Now he found himself strong enough to stretch his legs a little, to venture out of their arms and into the world again. To his humans, to the more fragile beings around him.
Olivia was one of the more broken ones currently, after her attack on the full moon. He'd heard about it yet hadn't found the strength to see her. Normally he'd been first at her door, first to sooth her pain or at least distract her from it. This week had been different though. Surely she wouldn't blame him for his delay.
Arriving at her doorstep he didn't knock, mainly not wanting to force her up onto her injuries. His gaze shifted to Tuah's home nearby, feeling twisted as he thought of the mans arms he'd been in crying away the pain. Today wasn't about that. He pushed through her door, after craftily forcing it open, announcing himself. "It's just me," Atlas calls out as he closes the door behind himself, making sure it was once again. He busies himself discarding his coat and bag, leaving them on her hooks as if it was suppose to be there. Atlas had a habit of making himself at home in others spaces. "I brought wine" he announces as he pulls a bottle of red from his bag, listening for where his human friend is.
