Thanatos is always taking care of his younger brother so the answer would be yes, he could be raising ten children and would do it calmly as well and the idea of children makes him happy too.

Yes, he cares after his body more for health purposes rather than looking good since he doesn’t use his looks and doesn’t depend on them to make any difference but that doesn’t stop him from taking good care of how he looks.
