I'm a bit disappointed that none of top 10 trending shows on Netflix Ph are locally made AND TRESE ISNT EVEN ON THE LIST DESPITE HAVING A BANG OF A RELEASE so like!!! It's rly important that this show trends to show that our works are just as good as foreign media. Season 2 rly fully depends if it was recieved well online or not ngl

I love kids because they've got no filter. They'll tell you what's on their mind and they’ll be brutally honest about it. So when one of my students caught a glimpse of my OC doodles while I was flipping through my binder, demanded to see them, and proceeded to give her opinion on every single one & ended her commentary with "She looks like a superhero. She’s cool, pretty, and I love her", I just about died

I have to dig the post out AFTER I get home from the studio today (the girl next to me is so pissed she can’t draw ‘as well as [me]’ help) but FULL DISCLOSURE YALL:

Salome is disabled!!!

She needs to have surgery to have her spinal fusion updated because it’s crippling her and will eventually put her in a wheelchair, but she donates like 10-30k a year to charity and she’s the county coroner AND the only mortician in the whole area so she can’t afford to take the time off for like 3-6 months to be in a care facility/relearn how to walk/etc. because she’ll be in a wheelchair.

She’ll be in one permanently if she doesn’t fix her shit, though. I know she gets it done with @fire-in-stars because Bucky thinks pushing her around in her wheelchair is the best thing ever but that’s the only verse I still have where she actually took the time to do it?

So yeah SALOME HAS LIKE 24 GIANT SCREWS DRILLED INTO HER NECK AND SPINE SO SHE CAN MOVE and she’s pretty much in constant pain and so think about that when you comment about how salty or kind she is. Her pain influences a lot of her worldview at any given time.

But I’ll dig out the specific post when I can tonight! Drafts when I get back from the studio!

I actually did! when I clicked on the little pixel icons of them i read and saw that and thought that was so great! Some are even called “genderless” when their sex isn’t determined too omg

so I was watching tfa with five 7-10 year olds and I asked each of them who their favorite characters were. 4 out of 5 said rey (2 plan to be her next halloween!) and the other said finn. I’m so happy :D
