it’s been 5 years and i’m starting to fully remember and process the way you treated me and i am finally strong enough to handle it. i am moving on and accepting and experiencing affection healthily, and i will most likely still flinch at sudden movements and get scared when people yell at me but you are no longer a part of me!! I do not need to be treated like shit to feel loved!! i’m not a scared 13 year old girl anymore!!!
