Hi! My fic search skills failed me 😅 Post-Hogwarts, definitely <15k, Harry and Draco had been together until Draco abruptly left for France. In the fic he comes back with a toddler in tow and Harry realises he is the other father after first internally spiraling about Draco having somebody else when they were together. Might have been very very short and the kid could have been Scorpius
