Drarry FFnet OS, Draco is squib and met Harry at the robe shop where Draco is sweet and Harry gets a crush on him. They become friends, Draco goes to a non-magic school, i think in France. They exchanged letters over the years, Harry gets invited to Draco's birthday party at the manor. I think Lucius was bit protective of Draco and his friendship with Harry.
