I was looking for a fic that was posted on ao3.
It was multi chapter and not complete. Not part of any event. Warning was for rape/noncon
It was set post-war at grimmald place, Draco turns up needing help and Harry lets him stay. The two start off annoyed at each other. Draco stays in the spare bedroom but has nightmares leading to Harry waking him up. Harry looking into CPTSD when they are making food the next morning. Later on Draco is able to project his memories to others and when he is having a nightmare (basically Voldemort rapes him) Harry ends up watching and comforts Draco afterwards.
The next info is a bit vague though. I do remember that the daily profit gets a photoof them kissing, Kretcher was involved, Draco mentioned following hermione and Ron to find out where Harry lives, Draco did wet the bed due to trauma and Harry gives him a bath, and I think they went to the hospital at one point. Draco also had a breakdown after receiving a letter
