alright so my headcanons are overflowing i need some way to calm them, what limit would you like us to put on requests? Everyone gets one? Three? Ten thousand? at what point do I need to put down the laptop and say "that's enough"

send me your FAVORITE when you submit your request, and make sure you word it in a way that only takes up UP TO TWO ASKS TOTAL

then, if you want to tell me 10000000000 other headcanons or send me the longer version of the first headcannon and express your love for the ship so that i get the point then feel free to keep sending them in so i can read them and smile while i work on your request. :)

dont worry, i’ll restate all the rules again before request time. and my dad has the computer picked out for me! im pretty much confirmed to have it this weekend!

sometimes i like to hang out with people on friday nights so i’ll probably open requests at 12AM midnight on thursday night/friday morning and close them at midnight friday night/saturday morning and start working on them friday morning to the afternoon. but dont be surprised or worried if i disappear for a while. there are cool people i want to spend time with. but i will still fill all the questions i recieve within that time frame! :D (i will be filling them over time- obviously i cant work at the rate that i get requests)

(for those of you who already sent them: its okay. dont worry about re-sending them. but i want the rest to be within a specific period of time so i can control the amount that i get down to a manageable sum.)

I'm also planning in advance, and I have like three things, but... my headcannons all turned into page-long stories of fluff... do you have a limit on how long you want our headcannons?

no, i have decided that the headcanons can be as long as you want. this lack of a limit is simply because i love it when you guys send me headcanons! :D

using the submit box or multiple asks is a-okay! or sending it as fan mail.

im also willing to give anyone my email address who wants to send it that way, but i dont see why that would be necessary. my submit box is open 24/7, and anyways, im less likely to check my email than my inbox anyways.

im starting it when i get my computer! i should have it by this weekend! im so excited!

my dad is good at finding deals so he’s going to order it for me and just take the money out of my account. i already got reimbursed for my last computer because i bought really good insurance, so i should have a nice new computer by friday or so, im hoping.

if i do, i think friday sounds like a good date to look forward to? if it’s not back by then, i’ll tell you guys.

i should be able to fill a few on friday even if it doesnt work out, because i think the computer lab is open for comm arts majors on friday. as long as im quiet i can sit in on other’s classes.

but of course, that means i cant do any gratuitous makeouts or anything. at least not until i have my own pad, hahah. :D

24 hour request spree is opening soon! :D you can start planning now if you want.

i will have a new computer very soon and then i will have another 24 hour request spree. :) this time i will also open up requests for popular ships as well as rare ones, and homestuck, snk, and dangan ronpa will all be allowed. (sdr2 is NOT allowed because i havent read that yet)

i think im going to make most of them pixel art because i still need to practice, and because i miss it.

i already have a system set up, and i will tell you all just in case you would like to plan ahead!

every request will be in this format:

1Fandom, 2Person A (ship symbol) Person B, 3Ship name, 4Flavor, 5Headcannon.

EDIT: if you cant think of a flavor, a song or a keyword will suffice.

Sample:

Homestuck, Jade<3Kanaya, Jadekan, dark chocolate, After sburb, they decided to live on jade's island. even though they have a mansion to themselves, they like to pitch a tent sometimes and lounge together on piles of expensive fabric.

how this works/why this is necessary

fandom: because i might have trouble remembering who you are talking about

Characters, because giving a ship name alone might confuse me! some characters have similar parts to their name (example: kan could mean kanaya or kankri)

ship name: so that i know what to tag it so that other shippers can find it

flavor: sparks inspiration, helps give me a feeling for the subject matter. (example: dark chocolate evokes a dark, warm color pallet and possibly sensual themes. something like lemonade evokes a citrus color pallet and feelings of innocense. could be bittersweet.) this is important because i dont ship everything i draw, so i sometimes have trouble getting into the right frame of mind

headcanon: again: i may or may not ship it so giving a headcanon helps me think.

IMPORTANT SHIT:

do NOT give me a flavor that is your ship name! for example: jane/roxy = cotton candy. do not give me cotton candy for a flavor connected to jane and roxy. use your imagination

no ship bashing. i'll kill you.

know that i may or may not use your heacanon to draw from. i might just use it to get a feeling for how you ship them

if youre not in the homestuck fandom, its ok to not use ship symbols. all homestucks have to though. if you just want their friendship, write (brotp) after their names.

know that i will fill for every ship that i get, but i will only do one fill per ship. if i picked someone else's prompt instead of yours, dont worry about it or send me messages asking why. i work with the first inspiration that hits me.

i might livestream this. if i do, behave yourself. if you do not behave yourself, i will certainly block you and i will delete your request if i have an inkling as to which one was yours.
