Spent all day cooking a non-vegan meal for the girls in my hall so now I'm in the dining hall eating alone before I sneak back. Oh the things I do to keep my job for next year lol

When a resident has a personal issue you can't help but you really want to be able to so you just give them a hug and tell them to come talk to you if they need you. Then you have to give the R.A answer of "And the counseling center is great!"

When the fire alarm goes off and you run outside then remember you are an R.A.

I have to shower but I don't want to leave my room bc I look and feel like death warmed over and someone might try to talk to me which is just a hardcore nope rn

I am having a very hard time getting my other residents to talk to me. Like all they want to do is close their doors and do their things. I have a couple rooms that are open to talking to me but that's about it. My roommates always say hi too. I think everyone is just so drained from NSO
