New favourite hobby: pressing ctrl+v on the Patapsco Desk computer and seeing what my co-workers before me have copy-pasted.

I am wired to look at the door whenever somebody walks into a residential building. I do it when I'm on duty. I do it while I'm off duty. I do it while I'm at a desk that doesn't check IDs.

One of the individual fire alarms in Patapsco has been going off for about twenty minutes and it is too early both in the day and the semester for this

God bless the Patapsco residents who just gave me cake from their friend's surprise party.

Shout out to the dorm room residents who always smile and wave and say hi to the desk staffers

And shout out to the ones who give me food

You all make my day so much brighter
