What the Expected Federal Rescheduling of Cannabis Means for the U.S. Industry - Dualistic Unity

Big news: The U.S. is expected to reschedule cannabis to Schedule III — easing federal restrictions and igniting market moves. What does this mean for the industry (and for the way we think about limits)?

Some important reminders and policies before you book:

🍄 Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, and required to book an appointment. They are to ensure you will attend your appointment, and help keep me from wasting time and energy! This is my career, and no-shows hurt my ability to buy groceries and pay my bills. No deposit = No appointment!

🍄My rates are NON-NEGOTIABLE. I try very hard to offer fair and affordable prices for the quality of work I put out, and pay myself a fair wage. Tattoos last forever. Occasionally I will do sales or promotional deals, but these will be the only discounts I offer.

🍄I promise to do my absolute best to create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for your procedure, but sometimes things are outside of my control. Please be patient with me, as I am a human too!

🍄I do NOT tattoo minors without written notarized consent from a legal guardian. It is illegal to do so. I do not provide this form or service, so please have that in hand when you are ready to book.

🍄Rescheduling Policy: I allow 2 reschedules per client. After that, you can send another deposit if you'd still like to be tattooed, but will no longer be able to reschedule without a new deposit. Sometimes life happens, and I will need to reschedule you myself, these do not count towards the rescheduling limit. I will also handle reschedules on a case-by case basis.

🍄Please eat before your appointment! Tattooing is taxing on the body, and long sessions can really tire you out. Bring snacks and water! I don't want you to pass out!

🍄Wear comfortable clothes that allow easy access to the area I'm to be tattooing! Keep in mind that ink may get on your clothes, so avoid wearing light colors or things you don't want stained. Accidents can happen!

🍄Please have good hygiene for your appointment. I really don't like smelly feet or stinky pits! Don't come right after the gym, or working outside. Keep in mind that shaving the area to be tattooed is not required, as I will do that at the appointment for the best results.

🍄Please do not bring any more than 1 guest. I often do not have extra space for extra people, and it gets cramped quickly.

🍄Feel free to bring any comfort items as long as they don't impede the process. Headphones, a book, a blanket, a small plush, ect.
