i remember seeing artwork about quickshadow's triplets wishing for downpour and snowblast to have siblings

we saw snowblast's reaction already, but what's downpour's reaction to being a big sister?

She's excited by the news, but she's also a teenager and therefore feels obligated to act like she's annoyed that she'll have to deal with said younger sibling.

She'd probably tell Heatwave he should have been more careful, but she knows that's not how it works for bots-

Excluding bots and scammers, so only legitimate asks...? About 1 every 6 months probably. And that's both blogs, I'll get one on my main, and then 6 months later one here.

Hello! Just re-read ur rescue babies Au and i had some questions i wanted to ask if thats ok

which bot, not including the ones who already have kids, are gonna have kids first

how did kids affect their personality (ie did they get more fatherly/motherly, did they become more open, etc)

are u continuing the au after u finish gotp (no pressure, just asking. i love both series)

Sorry for the delay!

1. Though I honestly haven't ever spoken of it until now, the next bot to become a parent in the AU is actually Windblade!

It happens a couple of decades after all of the other bots mentioned before, when all of the other kids are pretty-well grown into young adults. By this time, she is a one of the members of the High Council of Cybertron (got re-elected after her initial positioning as a temporary council at the end of RID2015) and is pretty well positioned in the political scene of Cybertron.

2. Initially, she is absolutely horrified when she finds out she's carrying. She's a councilor, in the middle of Cybertron's elite, all optics are on her practically all the time, and she doesn't have time for a child! What would she even do with one!?

She kinda pulls away a bit from the public scene as it progresses and confides in her allies (especially Ratchet as a medic and Bee as a parent who's gone through this before) and they quell her fears a bit, but it isn't until she is holding her daughter Aeolia for the first time that she truly feels comfortable with the idea. She still keeps Aeolia out of the limelight for a good while to avoid her having to deal with all the hassle of paparazzi and news bots bombarding her all the time.

3. I hope to continue it eventually, but for now, it's on pause until I get some more good ideas! ;)

So, I asked this on your rescuebabiesau account, but I'm not sure if you saw it. I hope you don't mind if I ask here!

My question was: How would Blurr and Salvage (and possibly High Tide) react to carrying?

Oh, no problem! I don't see it over there so Tumblr might've eaten it XD

Salvage would probably be pretty chill about it, and would be very excited about showing his future little one all the joys of reusing old for new!

Blurr would freak out because he's not a "domestic" bot, he doesn't like to stay in one place for very long and thus would be terrified of the idea of having something to tie him down.

High Tide would probably be in denial at first, claiming he's too old for that and has to babysit the other bots enough, and they're all adults! What's he gonna do with a blip of his own???

If Servo ever carried, I feel like nobody would know and then one today they come back from a mission and he's just sitting there with a litter at his feet and tail wagging like "I made these! Aren't you proud!?"

So, a couple weeks ago I read your book where Bumblebee has a daughter names Flashdrive.

You said that Sideswipe and Grimlock were reincarnated as their past selves.

Are there any other bots that are like that, (i.e. Heatwave, Blades, Blurr, etc.) because Heatwave and Blades (I think) are said to have fought in the war in the comics (again, I think) and Blurr is a warrior in almost every continuity other than Primeverse.

So, are there more bots that are reincarnated or are 'Swipe and Grim the only ones?

There are others, definitely, but not any of the main canon cast from the shows (that we're aware of)

The Dinobots (including Grimlock) were all reborn, such as Swoop later on in that particular series with Flashdrive, possibly Cliffjumper, but of the main crew? None of them are reincarnations.

In that AU especially, Sigma Seventeen missed the war entirely, going missing right before it started, and Blurr and Salvage were missing even longer than that.
