He has an extreme flea infestation from being outside, so they gave him a treatment. He's a definite senior and over 10 years old. They are fairly sure that has hyperthyroidism, but he'll need a blood test to be sure. He also has swollen lymph nodes on his belly. But other than that, he's doing great for his age. He impressed the vet and her staff with how much of an absolute love bug he is. So now that we know he's not contagious, we've got him upstairs in my office and will let him and our kitty get to know each other through the door for a while. Keep sending thoughts and prayers please!
