When you see that "it" thing in your child that just lights up their passion, jump into it with them and do all you can do help them learn more. A great way to do this is to expose them to internships, where they can learn from other leaders in their area of interest. Pierce absolutely loves animals, and he had a very cool opportunity to do an internship with our friends from @safehavenadventures / @rescueexotics. While attempting...actually it was more like being forced...to face his fear of Emus, Pierce got to experience the reality of what happens when you hold an animal who doesn't particularly want to be held. Clearly, Emus are not his favorites.
