Do you think Rodney sent Ronon with John to his dad's funeral in Outcast?
I like to think so since Rodney wanted very much to go with him but the kids on M7G-677 needed him to fix the Shield device.
Sending Ronon was the next best thing.

Rewatching Shadow and Bone 1x03 for research, and all my confusion at the choices they made for showing us Alina's bath just came flooding back. She's in the tub for less than a minute, and then Genya's already telling her to get out! She's literally only had time to scrub one arm and her neck! She didn't even get to wash her face or, crucially, her hair! They could have at least implied that the bath took longer, and cut to her with damp hair, but noooo...
“Misumena vatia is a species of crab spider with a holarctic distribution. In North America, it is called the goldenrod crab spider or flower (crab) spider, as it is commonly found hunting in goldenrod sprays and milkweed plants. They are called crab spiders because of their unique ability to walk sideways as well as forwards and backwards.“

One of Russia's most notorious crime bosses has been shot dead by a sniper in broad daylight in central Moscow. Aslan Usoyan, 75, who has survived time in Soviety jails and previous assassination attempts, is thought to have been murdered in a war between two mobs. He was shot in the head yesterday outside a restaurant, according to reports, on a snowy street about half a mile from the Kremlin in the middle of the afternoon. Georgian-born Usoyan, also known as 'Grandpa Hasan', is said to have been the head of one of the region's most powerful criminal gangs The federal Investigative Committee has said an unidentified gunman hit Usoyan with a single bullet and he died shortly afterwards in hospital. It said a woman at the scene also suffered two gunshot wounds. A committee statement said six 9mm bullet casings were found on a stairwell in a building across the street from where Usoyan was hit. Authorities, it said, were conducting ballistics tests and considering potential motives 'connected to the criminal activity of the victim and possible conflicts with other representatives of the same milieu.' After the Soviet Union disintegrated in 1991, there were almost daily killings across Russia as criminal gangs battled to gain control of lucrative businesses and carve up territory. According to Russian media reports, Usoyan headad a crime network in the years after the Soviet collapse. Since 2006, he had been at war with another criminal group, according to organised crime experts.
(NEWSER) – The third time was not the charm for Aslan Usoyan, a prominent Russian mob boss who was assassinated today after surviving two previous hits. Officials say “Grandpa Hassan” was killed by a single bullet fired by a sniper as he was leaving a Moscow restaurant. The 75-year-old last survived a 2010 attempt on his life in which he was shot in the abdomen, and a police source says the group that injured him then is believed to be the same one that succeeded in killing him today, reports RT.
Usoyan was suspected to be at the helm of criminal organizations that stole natural resources, trafficked drugs and weapons, and was mired in illegal gambling. MSN NZ calls him “the most influential criminal in the former Soviet Union,” and reports that a Russian tabloid referred to him as the “king of the Russian mafia.” A female passerby was injured by the sniper.
