Such a grotesque gesture is normally taken with offence by most of Ahri’s friends, but the situation is desperate for many and she is really trying her best to help out. With natural hunting instincts, catching prey really isn’t that difficult - it’s just finding something with enough substance on it to be worth consuming. There’s always a risk with wild and raw meat, but since they were both dead.. Well, the scenario couldn’t really get any worse could it? 

“The wildlife is plentiful, that’s no lie. But what diseases are they abundant with? Even I can’t tell. The venison I tried to catch earlier ended up being taken out by a few dogs. Guess human legs are pretty useless after all, huh?” 

Perhaps nobody had pointed out that preserved food was in abundance, or she was just too prideful to admit she couldn’t use a can-opener.
