I saw you rebloged this post, so here’s a fanart for you~!

Today is going to be an exciting day, Amanda is sure of it! She and her family were going to one of her favorite band's concerts! They surprised her with the tickets to one that was fairly close by, and she was so happy she cried.

Once her parents drove her there and they arrived, she bolted to the fairly long line to the entrance, her parents following close behind her. She couldn't help but excitedly talk about her favorite songs and albums from the band. The people around her and her parents were a mixed bag of annoyed that she was talking too loud but didn't say anything because they knew she was only excited, and those who were excited that she was excited.

The concert happened, and Amanda enjoyed every second of it! But when everything was over, she was confused when her parents led her to the backstage area, until her parents revealed that they had gotten backstage passes as well! Which meant she could meat her favorite singer! She started crying again from the joy and love for her parents, and hugged them super tight to try and convey it without speaking. She knew if she tried to tell them that she loved them and thank them, she wouldn't be able to stop crying.

Once she was calmer, her parents led her to the line for the backstage area, it was, surprisingly, a short line. She could hardly stand still while waiting, she was jittery with excitement and nervousness.

The line grew shorter and shorter, until it was their turn. The staff led Amanda and her parents to the lead singer's dressing room. When the door was opened, Amanda saw her, the lead singer! She refrained from running at her, but just barely.

"Hello little lady, what's your name?" The singer held out her hand to shake.

Amanda reached her hand out to shake her hand as she replied, "Hello, my name is Amanda. I want to be a singer, like you!"

She shook Amanda's hand, "Oh really? Well I hope you can make your dreams come true, Amanda. Until then, I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day."

After a few more moments where Amanda spent the time asking questions and the singer answering her, the staff member opened the door to let them know that their time is up. Amanda was a little sad that she had to leave already, but she knew that she couldn't stay forever.

As she was leaving, the singer called out for her to wait, as she was giving her a small yet beautiful hair pin, it was in the shape of a butterfly and was a bright sky blue. Amanda was so happy, and asked if she could hug her really quick, and she said she could. So after a quick hug, the singer sent her back to her parents, who were waiting for her at the door. Amanda waved to the singer as she left, and she and her parents went back home for a good rest.
