I built this one with my cursed wood/ medieval/vintage worlds in mind. I'm planning on playing them without any modern comfort, so using mods. These 2 are not included but I built it thinking of using: @danjaley 's Iron Oven and Zoe22's off grid plumbing (on MTS).

It’s CC-free with 2 store Items: Stove from Aurora Skies and the mailbox from Sunlit Tides.

Built on: patch 1.67 (+ I used markers so if you want to change anything: testingcheatsenabled true + restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false )

Fully tested by Tintin, it's a one-room no bathroom build, with a double bed, no kitchen appliances except for a hot beverage machine.

No indoor plumbing but an outhouse and a semi-disguised (or badly disguised) sink outside.

I want this home for myself IRL someday. Because of COVID and now Delta Variant of the virus, a lot of people are working from home. I want to be a salon owner, so I brought the salon TO the house, with it’s own entrance away from everything else (Left door) :D

There’s also a studio to take photos of hair and salon products.

Nookstone is an uninhabited lot in Bedrock Strait. The house is largely open plan with the bathroom being the only room separate from the others. In addition to the bathroom it contains a basically furnished kitchen and dining area, living area and bedroom. It has very little outdoor space.

To break away a bit from the touring New Pleasantview, I thought I could build a tiny house (then I built 3 more but that's a story for later ^^ )

Thank you everyone you for the super sweet comments on the last post and lol @simsaralove that was my first time been told I have a cute voice ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ ( nieces totally disagree with you though, but I'm going to ignore them 😝)

So this one was a lot of fun to build and gave me so many ideas for future builds that I don't mind the result being kinda weird (-on-wheel).

It's CC-free and almost Store item Free as there is that one window that came with Lucky Palms (bottom wall square one ) but doesn't have an icon in game so I'm still wondering if it also came with a patch?

Fully tested with a family from the bin (the base game one with 2 kids and a toddler)

NEW PLEASANTVIEW - CC-Free KITCHENS

Sorry I'm not much not at all on Tumblr, I'm still very much spending my free time working on New Pleasantview. The community lots are mostly done (still a bit of tinkering to do on some of them) so I'm focusing on decorating the houses. One of my favorite room to decorate in the game are kitchens (I love decorating bathrooms too... sounds a bit weird but you can go crazy with bathrooms it's super fun ^^ )

For this version of the town (the will-be-downloadable one) I'm keeping them CC-free but I'm still using Stuff Pack and Store items.

The first three (the Goth's , Jocque's and Pleasant's) I had previously made with CC for my first version of Pleasantview in the Sims 3 - see that post -

The other seven kitchens don't have a CC version... I'm just, waiting for the CC-free world to be done and released then I'll splurge ;-P

I’m busy not playing the Sims and my Tumblr is acting out a bit, sooo... I thought it was the perfect time for archiving oldies I had previously posted on the late TSD Forum.

First stop - Pleasantview, a Sims 3 re-recreation of the Sims 2 world, I had made in 2015 before playing a bit with it in 2016.  I had all the original Sims 2 families from the neighborhood + a few families from different Sims 2 EPs move there and tried to keep the general architecture as similar to the Sims 2 as possible. Now, for the interior deco, I might have gone a tiny bit wild ^^.
