UNESCO have launched a comprehensive mapping and research to assess the multi-dimentional impact of the Health pandemic on the cultural sector.

UNESCO engages in research to assess the multidimensional impact of the global pandemic on the cultural sector, including for museums, the tourism sector, World Heritage sites and the cultural and creative industries. It develops the Culture and Covid-19 Impact and Response Tracker as an online monthly monitoring tool to assess developments in cultural policies at the global, regional and national levels, as well as culture across the 2030 Agenda. In addition, with a view to giving voice to artists and cultural professionals, the UNESCO ResiliArt movement is created.
