back from Resistanz and totally exhausted! Had an amazing time, some some fantastic bands (Grendel were so good as I hoped they would be) and despite some awful setbacks (I lost 60 pounds somehow on the first night and my car broke down before we even set off) I feel that this was an incredibly therapeutic experience where I could vent a lot of internalised anger through the power of music. Anyhow I didn't have my camera most days but I took a few selfies of me prepping for that first night. Apparently this was to be the last Resistanz festival, but there was quite a bit of pressure to do “just one more” since this one totally sold out and both the bands AND the crowd were cheering the idea when it was suggested by one of the bigger acts of the night (talk about peer pressure) I feel a LOT physically fitter from 3 days of raving so I am going to try and keep this up a bit more with some kind of routine. I also learned a lot of.. important things about my mental health that I suspect will be crucial in the coming days... more on that later. But for now, I need a bath, some hot food and a good nights sleep!
