Living Intentionally

So, as you may have guessed, I haven’t had much luck with keeping up with my blogging. Business is booming and I have a number of projects underway, so blogging has fallen by the wayside.

However, I discovered over the course of my work as a ghostwriter that setting broader goals, such as, “I’m going to blog more often,” rather than specific goals, such as, “I’m going to blog every week,” can be just as beneficial. It’s called living intentionally, and that’s the approach I’ll be taking.

For anyone else having trouble keeping up with your lofty new year’s goals, there’s still hope. Don’t focus on the small failures and let them dictate the tone of your year; set an intention and let that be your guide.

2016. Jan 01-04.

I was supposed to keep a track of my 2016 on here and Ik I've failed terrible yet cause I was happy and fine af with everything going on ans I swear that everything happening with me right now is the best way my year could start off with. Jan 01. My all time flower crush since 2nd grade whom I never confessed to cause I thought I never had a chance with him cause of all the type of atop girls he had around him (not that he has been a playboy or anything but as friends or something bleh) well it was THE FREAKING FIRST DAY OF THE YEAR AND HE FUCKING CONFESSED TO ME SAYING THAT HE HAS BEEN HAVING A CRUSH OVER ME SINCE THE PAST 6 FUCKING MONTHS IN THE MOST STRAIGHT FORWARD WAY. AND IT WAS LIKE THE BEST THING EVER. DONT EVER GIVE UP. WHAT HAS TO COME AROUND DOES COME. He asked me for an answer back and me being the honest straight forward af person I am told him everything and he was so cool and glad about that we cleared ourselves about it followed by asking me out and debating about where I'd like to go and me being another loser told him I'd love to play at the game Parlour where he hangs around a lot apparently. 💕😂😂😂 Jan 02. I lazied around the whole day. Spoke to him the whole day. Until in the evening later when he asked me to be his girlfriend officially. We were cool af about it met later with our friends had some fun came home spoke again. Jan 03. I was at home the whole day as a loser anyway trying to make up my head to do some maths cause I have an exam coming bit never could even make up my head for it 😂. I couldn't see him the whole day cause he had a family meetup to go to. So at night we had a serious af talk after somehow he came to know that one of our mutuals had a crush on me and was gonna confess too (I was like, WHAT.) But tbh I had a tiny crush on him too cause man he can be real cute sometimes with his dorky sense of humour and I did tell him that honestly. He asked few more questions about how I would have went about it. I said I'd take it slow cause I knew him for only 8 months now and I've REALLY made that mistake last year and really don't want to do that EVER again. He was really convinced and happy with how honest I was hehe cause I am really bad at lying first of all and secondly maintaining a lie is a fuck lotta hard of a task. Later we has some nice talks and its really comfortable to talk to him tbh cause he been a friend for really long time and I've known him for nearly the whole of my life now. Jan 04. TODAY. *first para of Jan 03 + I ENDED UP SLEEPING* I had my french classes today so I left my society with my best friend who I always go with and as soon as we got out of my colony I saw him. He was right there. On his phone trying to call somebody. And the next thing I realised was that my phone was ringing its ass off which was pointed out by my bestie with a HUGE grin on her face and I was like you did this didn't you (well my current has been his bestie too since school days 😂😂) and she was like no really not he had just asked for our classes timings and I just told him that (I believed her cause she is literally SHIT at lying too) after this tiny convo I realised that I actually missed his call and hurriedly looked in the direction to see whether he's mad or what but when i did...I legit died of an attack tbh. He was looking STRAIGHT at me and gestured to come fast and taping on his watch saying that we were getting late (and yes we were cause when are we not) he then walked us to our classes and went to his traditional game Parlour as usual after saying to call once we leave from our classes cause it was just really close and we could go together to meet our friends. And we did. When we reached the food joint where we usually meet we ordered our junk and started talking when one of our friends said 'can I ask you guys something honestly?' while pointing at him and me with a smug smile on his face. I knew what was coming so I let out a giggle and said him to go ahead and ask, and he did ask 'the two of you are dating right? Aren't you?' But all I did was look at his face with a side glance only to realise that he was looking at me too. I laughed while he said 'yes.' It felt really great though to have people around whom you can be honest af to no matter what you all are into or have been through. Later we ended up alone and decided to stay a little while longer and then head home cause it was already late for both of us. We spoke really well and went back really late but both of us being home safely without either of our parents scolding or grounding us touchwood. Inshort I mean 2016 has been really good uptil now and I hope it is just as great and nice as it is right now. I wouldn't expect it to be totally without any downs at all cause come on we know that's never gonna happen but let's hope for them to be atleast much lesser than how many downs and tremors there were in 2015 (which can be called as one of the most remarkable/horrible years for me)
