Roles and Responsibilities
The Puppet Master Will be responsible for overseeing the ARG from development through to execution. Will liase with rest of team to make sure content is uniform and follows the direction set out in the pitch. During the game, will be responsible for ensuring events occur correctly and that players reach the end. Also will design posters/flyers, online Ad and logo/symbol.
Script Writer Will be responsible for writing the script and puzzles of the game. All written content will pass through this person to ensure uniformity. Puzzles will be developed in close collaboration with the Puppet Master.
Web Developer Design and develop fake websites and administer them throughout the ARG. Work closely with Puppet Master and Script Writer in ensuring content is correct. Flash skills required.
'Real World' Events Coordinator Will be responsible for all real world events in ARG. responsibilities include Scouting for locations, organising Mobile phones and other devices to be used. Organising actors, putting up posters and flyers.

Outcome: A tool that give users hints to where Logo locations are, and building structures important to the game
WEB DESIGNER
Create the fake blog website (Make sure it works)
Set up fake accounts (Facebook, twitter, YouTube)
Outcome: A working interactive interface that is implemented into the game narrative without major disruptions (i.e not doing what it was intended to do).
CONTENT MANAGER / STORY WRITER
Help build the strength of the narrative by adding/subtracting/editing
Make sure content over various interfaces are cohesive
Make sure no information differ / contradict itself
Outcome: Audience is clear on the narrative of the story and what the instructions are – minimizing confusion. Fosters immersion strategies.
RESEARCHER
Locate places to integrate game
Obtain resources relevant to game (i.e map of Brisbane city)
Real World issues that can be implemented into the game
Outome: Helps with create the notion of disbelief, and finds real world information that the game can build itself onto.
GRAPHICS DESIGNER
Develop logo for use over various interfaces
Develop overall aesthetic for game (font / titles / colour scheme)
Outcome: A cohesive visual reference for various other interfaces – that audience can easily recognise.

Design and develop the simulation computer interface

Ensure all technical aspects of the game are working correctly throughout development and implementation

Responsibilities:
Write the simulation document from ‘The Cloud’

Act as Declan during the game – sending/responding to emails
