Response to Jen O'keefe
Kathy is very interesting and seems to love her profession. I hope that I can bring to the classroom web 2.0 and the technologies we have as well as she does. I think having a classroom blog and web page is a great idea. This allows parents to follow the things that go on the classroom and this way it is convenient to the parents who are not as involved in the school. Some parents can not be at every school function because of the jobs or other responsibilities with the web site they can feel connected. I also like how Kathy incorporates as much technology as she can in her classroom. This will keep the students focused and interested in the subject.
